Refund Policy

Qualification for a Refund  

The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and with all tags still attached in order to be eligible for a refund. Within 48 hours of the delivery date, the return shall be started.  

Items That Are Not Refundable  

For reasons of cleanliness and personalisation, certain products—like undergarments, accessories, and personalized or customized goods—cannot be returned.  

Procedure for Returns  

Initiate a return by logging into your account, going to "My Orders," and using the steps to create a return request. Indicate the return's purpose in detail and provide any required supporting paperwork. After reviewing your request, our customer service staff will help you with the return procedure.  

Refunds (If Applicable)  

You will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your returned item and informing you of the approval or denial of your refund request when it has been received and inspected. Please allow your refund to be processed, which should take five to seven days.
